Mix SAATI Remove ER6 Gel Additive 1:1 with Remove ER6 to create a thickened product that can be left on screens during bulk reclaim, as with SAATI Flat Reclaim Counters. The viscous mixture will stay on the screen until the operator washes it off, saving product from going down the drain and raising productivity.
Remove ER6
Removes all direct emulsion or capillary film stencils, and when combined IR18, 26 or 27, removes emulsion and textile inks simultaneously in one step.
CHARACTERISTICS
- Concentrate used for dip tank reclaiming of textile screens
- Mix 1:10 with water for optimum results
- When mixed with specific SAATI Ink Removers, the solution is used as one-step process for ink and stencil removal
