SAATI's LTS series is the current state of the art in Computer-to-Screen technology.

Each unit in the range is a self-contained, super high efficiency direct laser Computer-to-Screen image & exposure unit, operated by PC with optional RIP.

Array of 405 nm LED (96, 128 or 160) lasers capable of creating stencils at 2540, 1693, 1270, 1016, and 847 DPI settings
Expose all emulsions and stencil film types quickly and thoroughly, in multi- and single screen configurations
Easy to use software, compatible with many RIP programs, optional RIP can be provided as part of purchase
Utilizes 1-bit TIFF file format

SAATI LTS 6080 - Perfect for registering multiple small industrial graphics screens, the 96-laser horizontal glass down unit images an area of 24x31.5", and can also accomodate one screen up to 25x36"

SAATI LTS 6012 - Perfect for textile printers, the 96-laser vertical glass-free unit processes two screens up to 23x31" or one screen up to a size of 41x68"

SAATI LTS 8012 - Perfect for textile printers, the flagship 128-laser vertical glass-free unit that processes two screens up to 25x36" or one screen up to a size of 45x68"

SAATI LTS 1015 - Perfect for large industrial & electronics graphics, the larger 160-laser vertical glass-free design is capable of processing one screen up to 55x79", or two screens up to 25x36" which benefits textile printers
