SCF capillary film offer ease and precision for stencil making.
This pre-coated emulsion is a pure photopolymer sensitized formulation that exposes three times faster than comparable diazo film, benefits from a long shelf life and is easy to reclaim without leaving haze.
It can be used with solvent based, UV-Cured, plastisol and with a post-exposure after developing, SCF film is also compatible with water-based inks.
Capillary films remove the variables associated with varying coating thickness. No matter who is applying, a heavy hand or light hand, you simply wet the screen and apply - your stencil thickness will always be consistent.
